now just know right now I don’t measure nothing,

I just dump, toss and plop things in the pans...ha ha...

so have fun, your bound to make good things...

the good thing is most of these can be cooking

and tossed together while your crafting....tee hee...twigs

Sticky Chicken

*******************************************

 a real quick and easy chicken is STICKY CHICKEN
you take a huge family pack of chicken legs,

in one of those deep dish throw away pans dump them in there,

then you put 1 whole bag of brown sugar on top,

with half a bottle of soy sauce,

cook in oven till sticky on 350

man oh man is it good....my youngens eat it up...

Tip: good idear to line your oven with reynolds wrap

for sometimes it bubbles over.

Garlic Roast Dumplins

*******************************************

oh another of my great ones is, GARLIC ROAST DUMPLINS..

throw roast, in crock pot, cook with salt pepper and garlic powder...

toss in some potatters and carrots,

when they are done drain the broth

into a big pot add garlic powder and pepper,

take Pillsbury plain biscuits and divide each biscuit into 3 balls,

plop them into the broth I use 4 cans,

then they swell up then shrink down,

when they are shrunk they are done....

and ohhh they are great....another one of the things my kids gobble up!!!

Monkey Bread

*******************************************

take 3 cans of plain Pillsbury biscuits ,

divide into 3 and roll into balls.

take 1 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of cinnamon,

and mix into zip lock bag.

spray pan ( angel food cake pan is best, one with hole in middle) with Pam,

drop dough balls into sugar mixture to cover then plop them in the pan.

when all balls are in the pan, pour sugar mixture on top of them,

then cut up 1 stick of butter and lay on top,

cook on 350 till brown.

then dump pan upside down to plop

the round mound of monkey bread on a platter...

you eat it with your fingers....by pulling apart the balls....tis one big cinnamon roll....

Rock Cheesecake

anyway, take graham crackers and have the youngens hit them with a hammer in a zip lock bag.. take a bit of melted butter with some sugar and mix together, then bake in oven till it gets brown......then you mix 1 8oz cream cheese with 1 cup sugar with 1 small thing of cool whip. Mix together, toss on top of crust and whalla, a cheesecake....

Chicken Noodle Dump

cook any kind of chicken, take off bone,
dump chicken in deep dish, dump 2 cans of cream of mushroom in dish, peel potatoes and dice them up and dump them in there too.....then dump some egg noodles on top, add some water and bake in oven on 350 till potatoes and noodles are done

Veggie Pizza

this is easy, take crescent rolls, unroll them and lay them flat on a cookie sheet so that they make one huge crust, bake in oven till cooked. take out to cool
mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cream cheese and 1 package of ranch dressing mix.
slap that mixture on top of the crescent roll
then add your veggies on top, like broccoli, tomato, etc...yummy yummy yummy...

Dump Cake

this is like an apple pie cobbler thingy.
get 3 cans of apple pie filling, you could use any kind of fruit filling but I like apple. you could do cherry, blueberry whatever you want..
dump 3 cans into a deep dish
take 1 yellow cake mix out of the box and pour the DRY mix on top of the pie filling. *YOU DO NOT MIX THE CAKE TO MAKE BATTER YOU ONLY POUR THE DRY MIX ONTOP OF THE DUMP STUFF.
now cut up 1 stick of butter and spread on top of the cake mix.
sprinkle with some cinnamon then bake in oven on 350 till cake mix is cooked...yuummmyyyyy

Twigs Easy Chili

heck I could write a book now. Tee hee
ok here goes it
in a big ole pot
cook up a bunch of ground beef drain and add some onions and 2 packages of chili mix (you know the kind in the season bags)
toss in 2 cans of chili beans, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, and one big can of tomato juice. let it cook and then toss in some spaghetti near the end.....serve with crackers & cheese..

Chicken DEVEN

*******************************************
this one is time consuming but we love it...
cook chicken, then take off bone, or you can use boneless and just chop up
steam up some broccoli
place broccoli on bottom of casserole dish
mix 1 cup mayo to 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
slap that on top of the broccoli
add cooked chicken on top of that
then put a layer of cheddar cheese on top
then take 4 pieces of bread and cut up to put on top
take some butter and cut up and put it on top, cook in oven on 350 till brown....serve on top of COOKED rice.....

Some Pork Chops

cook pork chops in onions, add one can of cream of mushroom & catsup & worstershire sauce...cook in sauce and serve over potatoes...yummy

Pretzel Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix together the pretzels, 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or lightly toasted. Set aside to cool completely.
2 In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
3 In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin mix and boiling water. Mix in frozen strawberries, and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.

Cornbread Skillet

*******************************************
1 box of jiffy corn mix
2 eggs
1 tspn salt
1/4 c veggie oil
1/3 c milk
1 can cream style corn

mix together

grease cast iron skillet

cook & drain 1 pound of ground beef
shred 2 cups or 8 oz. of cheddar cheese
dice up one onion.

preheat oven to 350 degrees

pour half of the cornbread mixture into the cast iron pan
toss ground beef on top
toss on onion
toss on cheese
pour rest of cornbread mix on top
then toss on jalapeno peppers fresh or dried.

bake in oven for 40-50 mins.

oh soo yummy to my tummy

Chicken Pot Pie

cook come chicken

mix a can of Vegall veggies

2 cream of potato soup

with chicken.

layer top with bisquick (make some big ole dumplins with it and plop on top)

bake in oven till dough is cooked.

Yummy Scrummy Chicken Noodle Soup
*******************************************
Plop about 4 chicken leg quartes (wth skins on) in a big ole pot of water.
Let cook and boil real good.
Remove Chicken and debone along with removing skin.
Dump one bag of schredded carrots in chicken stock (broth)
Cut up an onion along with half a stalk of celery into small tiny cubes and plop in pot.
Pull chicken meat apart with your fingers and dump in stock
add some garlic powder, pepper & CHICKEN BASE (not chicken bullion cubes)
 (i just dump some till it looks good)
Let cook till carrots and celery are done.
Dump a bag of egg noodles in soup and let cook
serve to your family and its yummy yummy!
